Load passengers?
So just downloaded the mod passenger jobs. How do you load passengers once you hook up to the cars after accepting the jobs? And to unload them do you just pull into the correct platform?

From what i remember you just pull up to the platform after you accepted a job. The sign above the stations should change to " now boarding " or something like that. Its been several months since i did a passenger job

It automatically loads the passengers.
And unloads them once at the destinations. Listen for a bell, which indicates the loading/ unloading of passengers.
And yes you need to make sure you're at the correct platform.

So I didn't hear any bell when I went to the platform. The cars were already there. Also didn't see the sign change to loading. Do you have to wait until a certain time before you can leave?

The loading criteria are fairly strict:
1: the job must have been accepted in the station building
2: you must be coupled up to the cars with your locomotive.

If you coupled your engine to the train before accepting the job (recommended), the passengers may already have boarded until you get back to your train. If you're couple to the train after accepting the job you'll hear the standard loading sound after a few seconds and then the conductors whistle. Early versions of the mod had the displays changing to "boarding now" and "ready to depart" but I'm not sure about the latest version.

If you don't hear the loading thump-thump-... check if you're at the correct train (Job number vs. car inscription), if you are you most likely missed the sounds and indications and are good to go (as enough time has passed while checking that the boarding is finished anyway).
