How to buy a locomotive?

When I take a look at an Station-Computer, there you have Fees and Licenses. There is also ''Own Trains'' so, how do I buy an own Train?

So you cant actually buy a train to claim as your own atm, you buy a license which in turn allows you to operate that train if you are able to find it at any given station

The "Own Trains" is for a select few special cars you do "own" and can spawn any time with the radio: the handcar, the electric shunter, and the diesel slug. The shunter might be usable for very, very light jobs but they're really all meant as utilities to supplement mobility or proper jobs.

You start with the handcar. The other two you have to unlock by going to a shop in two different specific towns. You can search for the specifics pretty easy, I won't spoiler here.

No, you dont have to worry about gaining money to own a expensive locomotive, you can drive any of a type as soon as you have the licence which is far cheaper than buying one and its found in more than one location.
You can own some worktrains/special cars and "call them" with the radio to where you want them.

Okay, I have played the game a long time ago where the ''Own Trains'' wasn't there. So it confused me. Thank you all for you help :).

Just to clarify, the "owned trains" category was added for the special work trains you can buy, as others have pointed out, but it is named this way because in the future you will be able to own locomotives too.
