Game is not load, after logo..

Halo. When i starting the game, i see logo and then next image, with a " Derail Valley" words. And no more action. Menu do not showing. But in system processes the game not freeze. I was try waiting, try restart the game - no changes. What is the reason? (My PC: Intel i5 8400/DDR4-16Gb/RGX2070Super/Win 10x64)

I understand you have a decent computer, but sometimes low end computers do have a longer time loading into the game then others. If you have waited, then I would say try a fresh install.

Another question, do you have mods? A common mod that causes this issue is Skin Manager. I would try to remove that mod. If it's not skin manager, then single them out until you find the one causing the issue.

Another thing I would try is deleting your save. (If you have one) If you are gonna try this, make sure you do backup the save file. Sometimes the save file can break, I've had this happen before, to where you need to delete it and restart. Your save file can be found here.

If this doesn't work, then I don't know what else to say.

Just curious, on the loading screen (the screenshot with logo) there should be a few lines of words stating the loading progress, which stage are you stuck on?

We'll be able to see in the log what went wrong. Also, as others have suggested, try giving it more time when loading (5 minutes max?).
