Using the remote in VR with the Oculus Quest 2
Good morning.
Excellent work, well done.
I have more than 1000 hours on this simulator which I really like.
However, the use of the remote control has become very imprecise with the gloves.
It often happens to disconnect it inadvertently, to turn it off, to put the sandpit, etc ...
Would it be possible to have an option that removes the gloves and reverts to the old visual of the controllers, please?

Sincerely
Patrice

The handlich on Reverb G2 is also quite strange and the use of the small control levers is quite sensitive.
It happend already that ive pressed some buttons accidetialy and caused a mees because ive lost the control.

Which option in the control options is responsible for "auto press button"?
I want to decide myself when i want to use a button by pressing it on the vr corntroller and not when i just place my virtual hand near a button....

I have exactly the same feeling

I personally like the gloves, but there really needs to be an option to disable the "auto press" feature.

Completely agree. I jumped into the update for the first time today, and the auto-press was an immediate and constant nuisance. The remote, especially, was nearly impossible to use without inadvertently swiping all the buttons and controls.

Yeah agree with this too, i like the gloves but the auto press thing is almost more trouble than it solves... I've accidentally activated the sand at least once on every journey. The remote isn't so much a pain to use for me, it's more of a pain to try and pick up from a surface (though it's usually fine if i have it in my "belt" slot). And my personal... "favorite"... was moving to turn on the gauge lights as night fell during a steep hill climb and along the way accidentally switching off the traction motors! That little interruption was enough to keep me from getting all the way up the hill (had to back down and try again....). I had fun still, but i would rather have to push a button or trigger on my VR controller to flip switches....

I have the same issue. Its not the gloves, rather the auto press!

If you have the remote connectet on the belt, you will randomyl tuch the buttons and switches. I let the remote i the backpack and never use it since.

Please add an option to set off the auto press!
