What is DVHR ?
I have been looking through the licenses and cannot find anything that matches, and the abbreviation doesnt make any sense to me, is it just the DE2 license ?

Probably Derail Valley Human Resource. It's in train drivers, manual servicing, shunting, etc licenses.

dvhr I think is the haul licens and I think you get it by defautl. will double check in game

I just printed out my old licenses too, and the different licenses seem to all start with DVHR, and then FH for freight haul for example, I guess it will be in a book at some point.

Indeed it's short of Derail Valley Human Resources and applies to the general "activity permitting" licenses.
