Editing savegame or some way of getting more money

Hi,

So after overhauled I couldn't use my savegame anymore. In that one I had unlocked everything. I don't really like starting from nothing, is there a way to get some extra money in my savegame so I can drive the long and heavy trains again?

I've heard that there's a save editor floating around, but I haven't found it yet.

As for me, I've used Cheat Engine just fine. Have to set the value type to Float/Double and it should find it pretty easily. It won't reflect the changes in the game visually until your money counter changes due to a game action, such as making a purchase.

doesn't work for me. i can find and edit the address but the in-game money never goes up, not even after a purchase.

Make sure it's the right address by changing your money in-game first and see that the value in the address matches the value in your wallet. There are some addresses that look correct, but are actually false.

How do you word with decimals? I don't see an option for those... I can only have 4bytes.

Just selecting Double/float is all you need. If you need exact decimal values, don't worry. Select range and input the nearest whole number up or down in both.

i used the save editor instead. its on nexus mods.
