Audio problem

There is something really weird with NPC voices, while music and game fx are just fine, anytime someone speaks in game, it sounds like sped up or distorted, any idea how to fix this?

You know the game doesn't have proper voice acting? It's gibberish.

When I first played the game on a PS2 emulator I also thought there's something wrong with the audio. Turns out it's supposed to sound like that ;D

Same reaction when i bought it on ps2 haha. That time my parent asked me what is the language they used and my answer is "japanese" LOL
