Mouse & Camera & Brush lag

Well, mouse input is lagging (cannot Tackle whenever I want, cannot skip dialogues properly), brush mode is lagging, camera is lagging. It's not low fps. Change of graphics doesn't help, Battle Encoder Shirasé doesn't help, It seems that I do not have integrated graphic card to change it on Nvidia panel, cracked version is lagging also, windows 7 compatibility mode doesn't help. It's like the whole system is lagging, because Task Manager is lagging too.

My system:
OS: Windows 7 SP1, 64-BIT
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.0 GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce Gt 750 Ti

I love this game too much to refund it :(. And sale is already gone too...

Looks like you really did try everything that was posted on this forum that I am aware of. Not sure
what else to try... Writing to Capcom's support probably won't help since your CPU and GPU are technically below minimal specs, even though people ran this game with even lower-end components...

From what I understood, this game really likes to take your CPU hostage and that can lead to input devices not being polled as often/fast as they should, hence the lagging mouse. So one last thing that comes to my mind is trying to unplug all non-important USB devices before starting the game, maybe unpluging/pluging in your mouse when in-game. Or maybe if you can adjust "response rate" or "refresh rate" of your mouse try changing that and see if anything changes (not all mice have that option, if yours does it would be in some kind of software/driver, for example logitech mice use the Logitech Gaming Software to adjust that).

But if that fails then I don't really know what else to try. I'm guessing you don't want to play with a gamepad (and/or don't have one) but I don't remember seeing anyone have this problem with gamepads, so I guess that's a kind of last resort "solution" to the problem.

I was going to suggest reinstalling graphic drivers, but now that I read Musk's post, I guess I misunderstood the problem.

This gave me interesting thought... Yes, seems like this is problem with my current mouse - I tried another one and all works perfectly! It is very strange, but I am very happy to find a solution!

Hmm, what you can suggest about my current mouse? What can cause this problems? It's only about Okami, all other games are fine...

What's the model of the mouse?
It may be the polling rate issue as Musk suggested.
