Resolution and full screen options are in your settings, that should always be the first place you look in a game.

Some people reported they have issues with that, so if you also can't set it to fullscreen mode in settings, then try changing some other video related settings in game, and if that doesn't help - wait for devs to fix this I guess.

They shouldn't have to fix it. It should already be in game that you can go to full screen mode, but it isn't. They really didn't give the game its due from all the bugs and other things I've read about in the forums.

It IS though. If there are problems, they're hardware-related most likely.

You have to adjust settings in main menu, before you load up a save file.

When you start the game, you can set fullscreen from the Options > Display settings BUT, THIS OPTION IS GONE when you switch windows for any reason. Alt+Tab-ing, Screensaver kicking in, anything.

Can someone please ask the devs to make the game respond to Windows 7 window switching properly?

You can't see the option? Try this:
- Navigate to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\OKAMI HD (or just paste %appdata%\OKAMI HD to the start menu)
- Open the okami_cnf.ini
- Change the WindowType to either 0 (windowed) or 2 (borderless window).
- Save and (re)start okami.

Kaldaien said about disabling the display scaling:
- navigate to the installation path (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Okami)
- right click on okami.exe and click properties
- On the compatibility, check "disable display scaling on high dpi settings" or in newer versions of windows, "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and choose "application" under "scaling performed by:"

I had this exact problem while streaming the game and it wouldn't stay in fullscreen after i kept alt-tabbing. I kept having to go back to the main menu. However, IF YOU CHANGE THE OKAMI_CNF FILE IT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
