Same hardware works fine in WIn 10, but nothing happened after click the play button in Win 11. Try all the options of Compatibility mode from Win Vista to Win 8, none works. Seems MS treat both Win 10 & 11 as same OS.
I'm running windows 11 have a 2080ti gpu, 32gigs of ram, and a Ryzen 3950x CPU
Have got to the pyrotechnist quest early on. Whenever I try to draw the formula, it starts exploding as soon as I let go of the draw button, so I can never finish drawing the formula. Can't progress without it! Maybe a controller problem?
I'm running whatever the most recent stock proton build is.
When backing up the game data, a folder which has only a space as a name is created, and the folder name cannot be changed, the folder cannot be copied or moved. The CSM/CSD files inside cannot be opened and cannot be copied. When I try to delete a file or folder, it says "This item could not be found", and after all, the only way to delete the data created by the backup is to format the drive.
If you change the Steam client UI to English, you can successfully back up. In the Japanese environment, Okami HD has the title "大神 絶景版" all in kanji, so the file name is deleted. It is the name of the file that disappears, not the file itself. I believe the reason this issue is not reported in Chinese is because the game is not named in Chinese. This is a problem specific to the Japanese environment. I doubt that inherently problematic Double-byte characters causing this, deleting them except a space and violating the NTFS's naming conventions.
