Where is Susano? Before the Kamiki village festival. (water lifting)

I got 7/8 dog warriors, the last one got eaten by the moon fish.
I tried to go fishing but the boy sends me to the sake girl.
She has problems lifiting the giant water pot that she needs for the Kamiki village festival.
So I need to call Susano to help her, but I can't find him anywhere.

Late reply but try getting the last dog warrior, it's in the starting village next to the turnip field .
