Anyways I'm 99% sure Okami uses CRIWARE software for their audio and video encoding (since it appears as a logo before the main menu intro), and most likely this[www.criware.com] is the software we need. Mind the filenames on the screenshots. But it's not available for individuals, only companies.
So yeah, unless someone has this software we won't be getting Reset back even on PC, and even so it may be troubling because using this Sofdec2 for modding may be against the EULA.
There's a slim chance the Japanese build of Okami on Steam has the Reset song, but at this point this already should had been brought up. :(
I guess I will try something with these things (Probably not gonna work, but hey, what's keeping us from trying?)
this seems relevent
Or you could do what Git Gud said - change the name so that it plays instead of the intro so you can see if it is the ending with Reset song.
I'd be real awesome if it is, very easy fix and we can enjoy the perfect ending again :D
Edit: Probably just providing the wrong video format. I've gotten it stuck on a white screen attempting to load a video.
Although it would require to also have the PS3 version and dump it on PC.

It's a link only to the Japanese version as Yen is the only curency listed and it has an extra depot that the worldwide version doesn't seem to have (here's the international version by the way - https://steamdb.info/sub/151918/ )
So what playerstean12 said might be true, can't be 100% sure though.
Would be nice if someone was generous enough to share that staffroll_reset file.
