Extracting image files?

How would I extract the image files for the maps from this game? I can't seem to find them online and it would be much easier than having to screenshot them individually.

oh yeah, ive got them located and everything, my problem is just with the process of decrypting/viewing/converting them. i think most of the more specific maps (i.e. the ones that arent just overviews of nippon) are .dat files as opposed to .dds image files. so far i havent been able to view/convert those .dat files to see if theyre even the stuff im looking for :^/

Have you found a way to do it? I want to edit the UI buttons if possible, but trying to decrypt the dds files with the method below seems not working.

..or most likely I'm just too dumb too use the decryptor.
