That said, I can create custom resolutions and when testing them everything seems fine. But when I try to change the desktop resolution nothing happens, the screen just goes black for a second and reverts to my native resolution.
So, I can't even use custom desktop resolution for some reason.
Oh, I see. Yeah, I've never understood how to set custom resolutions so I just use the DSR - Factor settings under Manage 3D settings. Sorry I'm not able to help.

Yeah, I tried the game out on my laptop for kicks. Didn't notice any drops from 30 fps (1080p mind you) on a GTX 460m and i7-2360qm from 2010 hahaha. Runs great.
The file might be in appdata or maybe even Okami directory.
