What other formations would you like to see get made?
Personally, I would go for the Morrsion formation. It will be interesting to tackle on the primative yet famous Jurassic dinosaurs.
It is also completely different to the cretacous dinosaurs, so it wouldn't feel like a reskin.

Morrison would probably be the best choice if the developers decide to continue with this formular

Yeah, that way the game will become more colourful in terms of lots of different things, it will make the game feel bigger.

That's not what makes morrison among the better settings for a speculative Saurian prequel. The morrison formation is well documented, which makes it a lot easier for the developers to work with instead of something like the Elliot formation. (This is probably also one of the reasons why they chose Hell creek since it's one of the most well documented formations out there.)

It is still a good choice if they were to go for another formation. The species and habitat is night and day compared to Hell Creek.
I'd just love any formation that had saurapods living in it. I would say that setting it in the Jurassic would be a great idea. Heck, maybe even in the dinosaurless time of the Permian.

Morrison for me too

- it is well studied
- lots of interesting dinosaurs like Stegosaurus, Allosaurus, Apatosaurus, Dilpodocus, dryosaurus, Ceratosaurus if you go the northern end
- a different environment than Hell Creek

Quite a few actually here's my list:

-Prince Creek Formation (arctic dinosaurs such as Nanuqsaurus (A dwarf polar tyrannosaurid), giant alaskan troodontids, Pachyrhinosaurus, Ugrunaaluk etc.)

-Morrison Formation (Cuz why not plus their's a lot more potential for more playable animals then hell creek where only 6 are playable)

-Oceans of Kansas aka Hell's Aquarium (Mosasaurs, plesiousars etc. playing as a marine reptile would be awesome)

-Ice Age Australia (You got Megalania, Marsupial Lions, Quinkana, Diprotodon, Procoptodon etc. I'd personally would love to see this)

-Wessex Formation (Neovenator, Baryonyx, Iguanodon, Polcanthus etc. A prehistoric adventure set in the heart of england).

- 5 simple words Rancho La Brea Tar Pits (Plistoceane Los Angeles) enough said

- New Zealand (Moa, Harpagornis (aka Hasst's Eagle))

-Two medicine Formation (Was a stretch goal that was not met but I'd love to play as Gorgosaurus and or Daspletosaurus).

-Lourinhã Formation (Torvosaurus, Ceratosaurus dentisulcatus, Allosaurus europaeus, Dinheirosaurus etc.)

If they add a new formation I'm all for Morrison, It has so many awesome creatures like Ceratosaurus, Allosaurus, Camarasaurus, Stegosaurus, etc. It would be a perfect DLC location.:steamhappy:

Well... I guess sharing my idea won't hurt:

- Cerro de Los Batallones (Late Miocene, Vallesian).

Habitat: A mosaic of gallery forests and expansive grasslands, with a long and rigurous dry season not unlike those of Eastern Africa. Extensive karstic cave systems.

Main Playable Rooster: Magericyon anceps, Machairodus aphanistus, Microstonyx major, Aceratherium incisivum.

Other possible playables: Promegantereon ogygia, Indarctos arctoides, Simocyon batelleri, Decennatherium rex, Tetralophodon longirostris, Austroportax sp., Hipparion sp.

Non-Playable species: Eomellivora piveteaui, Protictitherium crassum, Pristifelis sp., Styriofelis vallesiensis, Micromeryx sp., Hispanomeryx sp., "Prolagus sp." Titanochelon bolivari

I can't believe nobody's mentioned the Chinle Formation.

Morrison formation for me too.

Love the Jurassic Period, The Ballad of Big Al is what got me into paleontology in the first place.

Seeing an accurate simulation of Morrison with the same features and mechanics as this version of Saurian would be amazing. I'd love to play as Camptosaurus and just browse amongst Stegosaurs and Apatosaurus.

a little too early to be making this kind of suggestion.
