Could therizinosaurs have lived in Hell Creek?
I know that there is no fossil evidence for north american therizinosaurs in the maastrichtian, but Therizinosaurus itself was dated to the maastrichtian stage in asia. Nothronychus was from the early part of the cretaceous in the America but as far as I know we only have two fossils (neither complete) of Nothronychus, both of which lived millions of years apart. Is it possible that Nothronychus or a close relative could have been living among the dinosaurs of Saurian?
If so I think it would be cool to consider adding them in the distant future.

The game is based on fossil evidence, so even if its possible, they would not add any animal that has no fossil evidence in that area.

Not therizinosaur related, but I read somewhere that they've found giant oviraptorid footprints in hell creek.

Iirc getting Mosasaurus in the game was a bit of an internal struggle as some team members were againts its inclusion. Anyway, Mosasaurus is just a border guard and an "easter egg" of sorts. Many players will never even get to see it. Besides there is actual fossil evidence it lived at the right time in the WIS, so its inclusion isn't as much of a strecth compared to a completely fictional Therizinosaur based on Nothronychus, which went extinct around 25 million years ago before the events of Saurian.

Yeah I know I was just kidding.

Probably not Hell Creek, but there are fossil tracks tentatively described as therizinosaur in the Cantwell Formation of Alaska, dated to 71 million years ago: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-30110-8
