so i get age only of waiting and do nothing? or can i get stronger or faster age or any tricks?

Near trees by the swamp or creek. Just keep wandering around and you'll hear them scurring around.

Press ESC and click Save often. If you die click Main Menu then click Load Game. You'll respawn where you left off at your last Save.
