Not enough space to play

Just tried the game and it turns out I don't seem to have enough space in my playing area for this game. I think it's about 2 by 1.6 or something close to that. The game forces me to move through the guardian barrier all the time, so it seems unplayable. It's kinda strange, since it's a sitting game and I've played through games like Half Life Alyx in standing mode without a problem. Actually that's the first title I can think of that I can't play because of the room size. Am I missing something?

Actually it's probably more like 1.6x1.4 meters. I can't find a way to check that with Oculus, I'm sure some games showed the size, but I can't remember which... I'll try recentering differently next time. But it looks like I'd need more space than I have in any case, since I already tried recentering when I first tried it. I think the minimal play area size should be listed in the system requirements anyway.

Can't you just use the telekentic power? Analog stick forward, blue ring, pull close, etc. Have you played the tutorial?
