Death engine souvenir 'Orange Picking' not working?

so i have every souvenir except Orange Picking from death engine, i have searched guides online and done the exact same but i still don't get it.

i flush the fuse/meat, cigar, orange juice and the crystal but nothing happens.

@lazy Maybe "3 Hack the code on crate but spilling orange juice on it"? I also did all others but didn't test this one yet.

Tested - everything worked and all counted.
