So everyone knows the code is 211. but how would you normally find it? the guy on the earpiece says something along the lines of "give that device over there an ???"

The woman told you that it was her birth date.

Look on the paper. It says it's Sunday, October the 30th. It also says that on Tuesday she will be having her final performance because the day after she will be retiring as a birthday gift to herself.

I put it in as 112 first. Then tried day before month because a lot of places do that.

November 1: Tuesday
So her birthday is November 1, and the code should be 111, i think, can anybody explain to me why it is November 2, not 1?

November 1: Tuesday - day of her final performance
November 2: Wednesday - the day she will be retiring as a birthday gift to herself

Because it says that she’s retiring the day after as a present to herself
