First Class - last door code?

First off, thank you devs for the new mission! This is one of my favourite VR titles, and the new mission might be my favourite of them all!

I finally completed the mission after dying around a dozen times, but I never did locate the fourth door code. I got the one on the phone, the one on the teapot, and the one on the burned ticket, but I can't for the life of me discover the final code! Can anyone maybe nudge me in the right direction?

Well, don't I feel foolish. There I was thinking the answer was staring me right in the face, and I couldn't have been more wrong.

But what does the item it gives you do? It can be used to show the defector your agency but the lighter does that

Its just an alternate if you want to keep the lighter
