Can't unlock Tea Time souvenir

It's the last one I need to unlock and I just can't figure it out. I tried drinking tea and eating the donuts, then I found a YouTube video saying you need to call the room service after the plane has crashed, tried several times and it didn't work. I also tried drinking all the tea after the plane has crashed but the souvenir remains locked.

Otherwise a fantastic game!

Edit: Figured it out! You have to call the room service before the plane crashes, but after you shot it down. Also, it seems like the souvenir can be unlocked only at certain hours, for example I unlocked it at 10:14 am.
