Same argument in Ys 8 forums (those are more ridiculous requirements).

Ports of Vita/PSP games have way overstated requirements. Modern computers should handle this no issue. It's still a PSP game

Apparently, the game port is being handled by Hyde, Inc. I'm not familiar with their work on PC ports.

I got a little bit surprised when I read that I'd need a 950 to run the game smoothly. Now that the game is available, I'd like to know if my 970M is powerful enough to run the game with good graphics and stable FPS.

I have a 960 on a Xeon E5-1607 (don't ask) and I get a constant 60 fps at 1080p with no drops.

I have wimpy Intel HD 4000 graphics (2012 Mac mini using Boot Camp) and I still get 60 FPS at 1080p. The port's optimized and only has minor frame drops if large particle effects somehow fill the screen.

Horribly overexagerated system requirements are nothing new to Steam. Anyone who uses their PC for gaming likely has far more power than actually needed to run Ys 7.

i never watched them, my laptop for gaming isn't that great but i always played greatly every game on steam and ys 7 works extremely fast and well to me
