what item can I pick up in 16 seconds exactly?

The servo feet, in the upper left box two screens left from the start. I managed to get it with 15 seconds and change.

When you're on the first screen to the left, make sure to face right as you're getting hit by the first enemy. That way you'll get knocked back towards the left and save a little bit of time. I just attached a clip that shows how I did it. Hope this helps!
