Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection: Xbox Controller Problems.

Hello, I have a problem. I have a Series X Xbox Controller connected to my computer via Bluetooth in which I am playing Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection on Steam. Right Trigger does not seem to be working for the "Heavy Kick" move on any the arcade games. Can I please get some help on resolving this issue? Thanks!

Update: It is working now! But I don't know what caused it to start working. I disconnected and reconnected my Xbox Controller today because I wanted to connect my controller to my phone to play a game, but then I reconnected the controller back to my PC. Perhaps that is what caused it to start working again?
