Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper & Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold
If you're going to add 5 versions of Street Fighter 2 why not add Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper and Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold? :feeling:

Core Versions Only

I agree. It's disappointing and seems lazy not to include the extra characters which to be fair are mostly fan favourites.

Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition, Turbo Hyper Fighting and Super Turbo are not "core", but "updates" of SF2WW and SSF2, the same way Alpha 2 Gold and Alpha 3 Upper are. Apart from that, all of them were released for Arcade too

This is a list of missing games in this collection that Capcom should look up to fix soon. At least, for the arcade games:

Arcade Games:
Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold (Zero 2 Alpha, in Japan) (1996 - CPS2) Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper (Zero 3 Upper, in Japan) (2001 - Naomi) Hyper Street Fighter II - The Anniversary Collection (2003 - CPS2)
Console Games (not mandatory, but nice if included):
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max (Double Upper, in Japan) (2006 - PSP) Hyper Street Fighter Alpha (from Alpha Anthology) (2006 - PS2)
HD Games (could be sold separately for PC):
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (2008 - PS3/X360) Ultra Street Fighter II - The Final Challengers (2017 - Switch)

Yeah this is a very incomplete collection.

The title brings together the twelve main titles of the franchise launched in the arcades, that is, MAIN.

Well, some of the missing titles are way more popular than Street Figher 1, for example

The problem with HSF2 is that in a collection that already has the main 5 versions of SF2, adding in a game that's literally just Super Turbo with the ability for players (and not A.I. since it always used ST) to pick other versions of a character is overkill in the redundancy department.

SFZ2A and SFZ3 both had balance changes that were poorly received to the point where players just stuck with the originals anyway.

Maybe, but SFA3U included fan-favorite characters not available in other versions, like Guile and Fei Long. There is not a single Alpha game in this compilation where you can play as Fei Long

I'm disappointed that Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, and Pocket Fighter aren't included in the collection, but it's not a deal-breaker.

It would be nice if they were at least unlockable, but oh well. Seems like as of last gen, game collections in general almost always exclude the definitive editions of the included games or are otherwise incomplete.

Yeah, they always do the same with Mortal Kombat. The definitive version of Mortal Kombat 3 is "Mortal Kombat Trilogy", but they only include the first update ("Ultimate Mortal Kombat") on the bundles

Absolutely this. It’s not a deal-breaker, but is HIGHLY, and SUPER frustrating to not have here.

These are the three that I REALLY want, in addition to the twelve that are already included on the collection.

Hyper Street Fighter II, and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo would be great to have as well.

Sell all five of these in a single DLC expansion pass for either $19.99, or $24.99. People would eat it up!

At least the arcade games listed above should be included, since they are just arcade roms, so it shouldn't take much work.
