M Bison stun/infinite combo in SF2 CE ???
I saw some crazy M Bison combos on youtube, all on champion edition. One was something like raw scissor kick into crounching medium (or strong) punch and then standing medium (or roundhouse) kick. It leads to instand dizzy and is an infinite. I tried it on training mode, but I cant get it to work. Does it require a macro or some crazy hack schit??

BTW: can anyone clarify to me the precise strength of the buttons??

You're not timing it right. CE bison's scissors kick have a ton of hit stun and you can combo pretty much anything from it. It's a link. You don't need macros or hacks. Just practice.
Buttons go like this. jab, strong, fierce
short, forward, roundhouse
Kids today call it lp, mp, hp,
lk, mk, hk

It’s a part of the game dude. There is no dishonesty. People used to make up rules like no throwing which is super silly looking back at it now. CE dictator is definitely top tier though. But most people are also not playing CE either.

I feel that this kind of combo is kind of a dishonest way of playing, especially when playing against a guy with lag who's doing that, since both times you can't do anything so you're forced to just keep blocking until you lose, even a shoryuken right after a combo cant save you, in the arcades, people considered it "disrespectful" and "rude" to do that. Even I agree :)
Coming from the guy who told people to get good because Super Turbo's absurd AI was somehow normal. It's not alright for another player to knock you out in one combo but it's okay for some bugged AI to read your every input and possibly do the same? The Japanese version was what Capcom intended anyway.
imfuraisoth is right: aspects like zero-to-death are part of the game. Bison was definitely dominant. Blocking a Psycho Crusher did as much damage as taking the hit. However, it's a fighting game. There's more to it than just combos. Gotta play neutral and win to even land that combo. If it's in the game, it's fair game. The only way to truly be dishonest is to play as a boss or do something like Guile's handcuff glitch in WW.

So yeah:
"uhhh get good scrub??? what did you expect?"
