Online trophies currently unachievable on PC?

I bought this game to play it on single playr mode or local multiplayer.
After playing it for some time, I started to think that getting all the trophies could be fun.

But the last ones are online trophies, and I can't find any online matches.

Is the online dead?
Or there's some specific game on this package that people use to play more, some time specific time of the day or something like that?
Or even if the problem is on my region. I'm on South America.

It would be fun to have some extra offline achievements too.
