Remember this are just like the arcade without any training, so the fact that they even included one at least is something, unlike the 3s hd that it was meant for console users.
I don't agree with that. This is a step backwards in pretty much every way from 3s hd on consoles. I'm basically paying to get access to a "new" playerbase. I understood that when buying the game, but the fact that they left out standard features like a reset button in training mode feels like a half assed money grab from capcom. I mean it's still 3s and I'm gonna play it because it's fun, but ♥♥♥♥ capcom for putting zero effort into making this game feel like more than a quick cash grab.
The online works better than the hd version so, you can stop crying a little bit.
Capcom did an excellent job on this collection imo.
lol... I would've been happy with on-line filters... or hell, even more choices for resolution other than "windowed" and "fullscreen"... u_u
Also, don't bother with that kela dude... he's a crapcom fanboy.
And the notion that it's an arcade collection so we are lucky to even get training modes is ridiculous because we got online play. Arcades didn't have online play either and we weren't lucky to get that. Capcom knew if they sold a this collection without online play a lot of people wouldn't buy it. It's hard to defend this collection with "it could have been worse" when it's already in a pretty bad state.
I will support this game for the gameplay, and to a lesser extent the netcode, but I'm definitely not going to deny that it all feels very rushed and lacking in basic features(like some kind of ping display).
Are you saying that I am the one that needs to chill? when the other noob is insulting the company and saying the game is trash for not having an insignificant feature? ok
The collection would be just as good without the training mode honestly. They like to complain about the bad and they do not mention anything of the good, the online works flawlessly
that's all I wanted and the most important thing.
I dont think it feels rushed, is not like they are new games anyways, the menu is fine and elegant, you have some cool info on each of the arcade titles, you can select difficulty or even save your progress, map buttons pressing pause button during the game etc, the navigation is super fast, you can switch from one game to another in a couple of seconds, extras like the museum and we even got 12 soundtracks as bonus, it was not even necessary to include that and we got them.
Being a tad hypocritical here, aren't we?
