Question regarding Switch and Steam version difference

Does Steam version also got all DLC system voice? And how does the exclusive colors in special edition look like?

Aside from the exclusive colors from the Switch's version, the Steam version includes almost everything. The exception being the Additional Playable Character JUBEI, which you need to buy separately.

One very important thing is that if you plan to hop online, the Steam version has rollback netcode.

If you are not going to play online at all, and you just want the complete package with the exclusive colors from the Switch version, get the Switch version.

If you eventually think that you will be hopping online, then get the Steam version when it's on sale since it has the "supreme" netcode. Hope this helps.
