Which Blazblue game has the best Tager (tier list)?

I've heard and seen a video videos that discuss just how awful Tager is in the first Blazblue game, and go into great detail showing off what makes them an objectively inferior character, even at low level play, which sucks since I prefer playing grapplers in fighting games. As such, I'm wondering, which Blazblue has the best Tager, as in, which has Tager be higher on the general tier list compared to other Blazblue titles?

ChronoPhantasma since his Overdrive was ridiculous (he basically pulled you to him at extremely fast speed comparing to CF)
Also he got there his Aerial Grab which was also disgusting
But hey, in CF he got invul grab after nerfing his overdrive but thats pretty much it

Absolute worse tho - Iss BBtags Tager, since he lost all of his variety/combo paths and is extremely slow to most of the cast
Also Zoners in Tag are his worst nightmare whilst in CF and CP he dunked them all pretty hard

As for tier list
1)BBCP
2)BBCF
3)BBCS (this is above CT because he got some armor buffs, more hp and some new neat trick which I cannot remember sadly all I remember is PAIN aganist him)
4)BBCT (the reason for that is because basically every character countered him hard one way or another)
5)BBTAG

The best version of Tager is the Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R version. He's kind of a secret character in this game for some reason, you gotta hover over some guy called Potemkin on the character select screen and press the Dust button. He plays a lot differently too, almost like he's a completely different character. Like the one thing he still has is the Tager Buster but he's still pretty fun.
