Netplay Match Bug
Hello,
There seems to be an issue/bug for netplay that does not allow me to connect to anything online related properly after Player Information is Downloaded after initially connecting to the Network. I noticed that the player information that is downloaded is very incorrect, as the Player Information on the top right after selecting Player Match has my character set to Jubei (when I haven't even bought the Jubei DLC yet) with the total amount of matches played and matches won are both high 9 digit numbers with a win ratio that is 101%. After I get to this screen and try to click anything, the game just crashes and the same problem happens when I try to connect again, and even when I try to click other options in the Network menu. I tried to delete my save file, replays, any dump files and even reinstalled the game but nothing worked at all. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting. As suspected, it seems highly likely your online server data is corrupted for some reason. I'll have to do a reset on your data.
Acting on it right now, please give us some time.
In the mean while you may wish to perform the following to make sure you can start afresh on a new data to prevent further data corruption:
1) Turn off Steam cloud save
2) Delete save files
3) Do not turn on Steam cloud save until we have reset the data and you have logged in to start as a fresh new data.

I tried to log on again but I'm still getting the same error with the Player Information being incorrect then the game crashing.

Did you start as a new data, or did you attempt to restore the data?
I started as a completely new data. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game after deleting the save and replay files just to make sure that I did not have any of my previous data. After booting the game up again, I also adjusted my settings before trying to connect back to the Network Mode so that the game would run smooth on my PC but I don't have any special settings or any modifications.

Seems the problem runs deeper than I had imagined. Paging the development team on this, might take a couple more days.
Okay, Thank you for looking into this issue. I like playing this game a lot but this has prevented me from enjoying it recently. If you need a screenshot or something of my Player Information or screen right before the game crashes, please let me know. There are also .MDMP files that appear in the local files of the game after a crash but I'm not able to open them.

Sorry for the wait. The dev team has fully reset your online server data now, please try the above again. The game should prompt you to start a new data, please select so.
I didn't play any matches yet, but I was finally able to get online again with no crashes and my Player Information does seem to be fully reset this time, as there was no weird glitch with the different stats. If I have any other issues I'll be sure to update it here or make another thread. Thank you very much for the help.
