Report a translation problem
This page should have pretty much everything you need. Keep in mind that Hakumen's revolver actions are more limited than most of the cast's, and the ones he does have generally have later cancel windows than other characters. Basically, you have to cancel your A and B normals into each other later than normal, and you can't cancel them into any C normal but 3C.
Hakumen doesn't get much without spending his "bar" but if u are in a pinch 2A 2B 2A 3C is nice to get a knockdown.
There are more complex things out there, like using inmediate Hotaru air or doing close to the ground B + down A things to keep the momentum on air combos but those are basic.

Where 5 is not pressing a direction, 2 is pressing down, 6 is forward (etc)
For 3 Magatama (or 4 if you want to be consistent):
5C 41236C (623A here if you're not close enough) 6A 6B 5A 5B sjc j5B j2A j5C jc j5C
For 2 Magatama (simple, same theory as top)
2B/5B/5C 236B 6A 6B jc j5B j2A jc j2C j214A (1 magatama additional magatama but you should regen over the course of the combo)
For 1 Magatama (easy 3C Counter Hit combo)
3C CH 2B 214A 66 (hop forward) 5A 5B sjc j5B j2A j5C jc j5C
Harder Hakumen Combo theory includes launching with 236B or 2C then doing 214B as close to the ground, air dashing forward and hitting with j2C, landing and doing some weird stuff off it.
0-1 do somethign that ends in 3c
2-3 do something that includes 236c and juggle after or use air sepcial for hard knockdown
4 magatama include a special to special cancel etc.
