Wrong to ask for help?
Just wanna master Naoto since I like his fighting style but I can't say I'm getting much from vids or from the tutorials. Would it be wrong to ask for help with this?

I can help you with Naoto since I'm actually quite good at him, but what exactly do you need help with from Naoto?

You would be better served asking on /r/blazblue on reddit. There is a lot more traffic there so you are more likely to get help.

What are the best ways of playing as him. That's what I'm wondering.

In my honest opinion, just be a nut with Naoto. But don't be too nutty that you'll get punished everytime that you try and do something. Remember, Naoto has one of the BEST dp's in the game. And if you combine that with his dash mechanic, you have an unstoppable DP that can pretty much beat out everything in the game. But that doesn't mean that you should just be doing dp. You should learn how to do bnb combos with him. One of them being 5B 5C 5D 66 6236C 5AA 2C super jump jC jB jc jC jB 6236D. And another thing, spam his drive. You can really piss the other person off with it when you're breaking their shield. And if you're fast enough, you can combo off of it. Finally, just learn to micro dash whenever you can. If you countered someone in the air, if you're fast enough you can microdash into 5B and combo off of it. That brings up another good point. If you're able to counter with anything, its a free 3k-5k combo. You can prob go for a 5k meterless with (c)5C 6D into Banishing Fang and continue off that. And before I forget, use Phantom Pain whenever you think you can punish someone. Phantom Pain can go through DP's and Distortions. If you can PP someone you can get about 3k off of it. Kinda hard for me to explain since I'm not really showing you these tips. Any other things you want to know about him?

Standing B Standing C Standing D but then you cancel it by dashing into Inferno Crusader version C then you press standing A twice.

Standing B, C, and D refers to hitting the buttons while not moving at all.

Oi, this is sounding like a math problem. And I'm not good at math, at all.
