Are the DLC characters included in the game? Will Jubei be free?

I'm just wondering if Mai and Es are included for free for the PC version. Also is it likely that Jubei would be free as well when he gets released in August?

Just like the store page says, Mai and Es are included. The cat could be free for a limited time and after that made purchasable, but there's no concrete information at the moment.

If it becomes a paid DLC, probably gonna cost like 5 bucks. But id rather unlock him ingame if possible

Theres also a chance its an ugprade pack instead of one character.
So10-20 bucks that is like GG 2 rev
