FXAA basically cheats by blurring the edges so it looks smoother instead of actually making it smoother.
-> Use MSAA always when you can sustain your desired FPS.
Thank you for answer. Sorry i should talk about my System. I have Asus Gtx 1080 Ti O.C and 8700K. Then i must use MSAA x4 for best graphic quality huh ???

- Antialiasing - Mode: Enhance the application setting
- Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling: 8x Sparse Grid Supersampling
Optional:
- Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX): -0.5000
But I'm not sure if that last one will have an effect.
With these settings, character sprites will look perfect.
