This list is more than weird, I'll say. The metagame could not have flipped that hard. ^.^ (like really, Kagura A tier? Tsubaki B tier? JIN and RAGNA C tier?? That's pretty insane.

I watched that one earlier, but luckily also been watching quite a bit of streamed BBCF2.0 matches.
When he lines them up he don't really use any S,A,B,C or D so it's one persons speculations in interpreting a madmans scribblings, and what is being dragged around the screen.
I've seen really good Taokaka players wipe the floor with (almost) anyone else totally for a while.. the only thing I haven't seen, is a Jubei player winning more then one match in a row :)

Screw Tiers anyway! I currently suck, and as I just got a new fightingstick, I suck even worse!
I'm still (back) in training.. trying to get decent at Hazama again.. No! it's not since he 'jumped Tier' ..just since he's fun, and quite flexible

There's no way Izayoi can go from S to C tier that easily. Didn't she have one of the least changes in the entire list?

Yeah, but some of the general changes hit her hard (Grab ranges standardized), as well as what changes did hit her making her tough to use (623a/b no longer has invincibility, making it much more easily punished)

It's been a general consensus from everyone I've asked about BBCF2.0 ever that Izayoi wasn't affected that greatly by her changes.

And this is coming from someone who asked the new Jubei Discord, who are people that are keeping up-to-date on everything CF2.0.

623B still has the head invuln, it's only that it loses that invuln if you stance cancel (which it did before, just loses it sooner now)
