The game still seems like it needs an update though because I have to run it in 1920 x 1080 in a window.
I'm not going to try to run it in fullscreen mode at 1920 x 1080 because of what happened last time with crashing upon startup.
If anyone wants details on what I did to get it working again, let me know.
Here is what I did to fix Centralfiction and get it working again:
I click on Steam, then go to my game library. I right click on BlazBlue: Centralfiction and then I click on Properties.
I click on the Updates tab.
I Uncheck “Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for BlazBlue: Centralfiction.
Now, I click on the Local Files tab. I click “Browse Local Files.”
I double click on the Save folder.
I delete the two files in that folder, including the one named bbsave.dat
Now I click the close tab.
I now launch BlazBlue: Centralfiction and set the game to run in windowed mode at a resolution of 1920 x 1080. I also set V-Sync to off, but you might want V-Sync on. It’s up to you.
At this point, the game should be running fine at 1920 x 1080, but it will run in a window.
I then used an app to run BlazBlue: Centralfiction in borderless full-screen windowed mode.
I used Windowed Borderless Gaming, but you could also use the Steam app called Borderless Gaming.
Good luck and let me know if this solution solves your problem!
I still like the game and I still have fun playing it though.
I just wish it had those features.
If I wanted a game that was easy to make, I would make it myself instead of paying $40 USD for it.
Full HD support and full 4K support is the least a company can do in 2017.
That said, I do still like the game and I can see its potential.
