Roland on a field, what to do?

In the campaign, first or seconds map, there was a Roland in the middle of a field.
I rushed with 4 tanks, lost a tank.
How do you do it correctly?

A Roland is an AA unit so it cannot do your ground units any harm. You probably have been shot by some hidden tanks in the forrest. Get recon if possible and eliminate these tanks before.
