Cross game saves between Linux and Windows Versions?
I finished a mission in the linux version of the game, but it is not showing up in my Windows install. Is this an error?

Eh, if steam clouds not doing this for ya, I fear you'll have to redo it again. While the files containing your campaign progress are saved locally, the formats differing between Linux and Windows.
