Is anyone else having trouble accessing their DLC?

Like, for mine the first one worked just fine, but I cannot get this new one to work at all. The one with the 2 new characters. NOTHING is working.
Is there like, a specific trick to triggering their DLC in-game, or is my game just glitched? xD I dunno what to do. I haven't seen any posts about this yet, so I'm guessing no one else has had this issue.
But either way, I hope there's some way to resolve it. I have read like, every article I could about the DLC for the 2 new characters and nothing tells me how to trigger their "arrival event" I guess you could call it.

I don't think the DLC for the 2 new characters is out yet

The DLC is available for console owners only. We PC users don't get it.

It is, for consoles only. I'm still having trouble with it :/

Decorations & Tool Upgrade Pack is available now.
New Marriageable Characters Pack releases June 19th.
Doc's & Melanie's Special Episodes releases July 10th.
Divine Marriageable Characters Pack releases July 31st.
