Its a winter flower, but Carol sells them, I think she starts selling it in summer? Make sure to always fertilize it so it wont die

You can plant any crop in any season.

Off-season crops just need regular fertilizing to stay healthy.

The shops start selling things at certain points, but they don't stop selling them.

Blue Rose seeds were at the bottom of Carol's inverntory when winter started. Take 12 days to grow during winter.
