Compost Bin, where to find it?

Got a request from the flowershop lady's son for compost, but I can't find it so I can possibly repair it...anyone know where it is?

Compost is gotten from animals. The bin just lets you store it and other fertalizer as well as make fertalizer from it.. The bin is the ltitle stand thing northwestish of your house.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get a lot of compost? I think it's just a random number based on how many animals you have but it may also deal with happiness of the animals.
