I got the first one where we went to Harvest God and he said we should see Gorgan, but after that there is nothing. Already google it and found nothing yet btw. Maybe someone in here managed to marry her already?

Make sure you have 2 notes, and wait a week. It will trigger when you enter Gorgan's room. As for marriage, I don't know.
