What does it do? I've had it repaired since the beginning of summer, Nova said something about opening the shop, and now it's almost the end of summer. Rowan said I can buy things there during the summer, but nothing has happened.

Just sells cooked dishes. Juices and burgers/fries and some fish dishes. I bought a couple of each just in case people request the items.

But when? It's never open when I'm at the beach. No one is ever there either.

During the summer open 8am till 4pm closed mondays - according to bookself).

However, if you happen to be on the quest for the last tablet, Nova maybe inside the goddess spring, in which case - she will never open it till you finish that part. Is a bit of an issue with events that lock NPCs to an area untill you complete the event.

Ok, thanks. I was on the last quest. Now it makes sense why it was closed the entire summer.
