figured out how to get more hearts

Complete requests for gorgon, the harvest god and the harvest goddess and they give you the things needed to make blissful bread. eat the bread and it gives you another heart

Oh wow that's good, I was starting to think it would be like the 3DS games, where the prerelease material showed more than five hearts but the games didn't have a way to increase them (though in those games you have so much stamina you don't normally see it go below 4 hearts anyway).

The bread requires two blessed flour, and I think you get the flour upon finishing each one...haven't gotten the recipe for the flour yet and I don't know if there's a crop you can grow to make the flour yourself...

I remember that flour existed in the previous games, but it was fairly useless as far as I know.

Yeah, there wasn't any way to create it yourself, it was a divine gift exclusive.

So, i already have 2 hearts with the harvest godess but they dont give any quests, does anyone know when or how they gave you quest? I'm in the hunt for more stamina

they started to appear after the main quest was complete

You only get one new request a day, AND there's a limit to how many quests you can have outstanding (less than 10, more than 6. I am still finding the limit out). BUT, if you have fewer quests than the limit, you will get a new request every day - if you simply fail to check your mailbox until you have a request from everyone, then you can get requests from the people farther down the priority list (and the gods are at the bottom). You can see which requests you have pending by looking at 'requests' in the upper right corner menu.

I currently have 15 quests on the go.
