I see a lot of things I need to upgrade need like 10 of cosmos... what is that?

It'll unlock at the flower store if you grow and sell them some flowers + advance the story + make friends with the owner. (Its some combonation of this to unlock all the base stuff in each shop).

They can also be found randomly in the fall. You can grow them in outside of fall if you fertalize them every day (or at lest every other).
