Lag mail request?

So recently I get some mail request called "Sally's Harvest Sprites 1" and "Cyril's Country Life 1".

1. Sally request me for one bread. Well, I've try to buy it from Bastian restaurant. Usually, there's automatic conversation to give the stuff but there's nothing, so I hold and give the bread manually to that little kid. But then there's nothing happen. I realize that my bread don't show on the requested item either. Then, I try to go to Bastian restaurant and buy the bread recipe, and try to make it in the kitchen. Again, the bread didn't count as 1/1, instead ---/1. The reward to finish this quest are mushroom and seashell.

2. Cyril ask me for four cornmeal with reward yellow perch x2 and regular bait recipe 1000G. I already buy cornmeal within the requested number from the restaurant but again, it just show Cornmeal ---/4 in my mail request.

What should I do? Is there anyone face the same problem?

The Cyril request should of worked for sure (did fir me). I don't think I got a Sally request yet but it also should of worked with any bread.

When you talk to them - holding an item or not - it should ask if you wanna turn in the request - as long as the item is in your inventory.

Maybe varify your game? I haven't seen this issue before so not sure.
