So Are There Festivals?

I am not far into the game but have not seen any indication that there are festivals or even a calendar.

Just thought I would check.

yes there are festivals you can see when if you look in your bookshelf under tips but a calendar i miss also so far

If it's like their other games, the festivals should unlock as you get more people to move in.
