What does "yuri (GxG)" mean?

Romantic relationship between girls. (GirlxGirl, as in Girl pursuing a relationship with a Girl)

Yuri is the a japanese term (百合) which mean Lily and is used in media to despict lesbian relationships, ranging from platonic, subtextual, romantic or sexual relationships.
